in 1991 together with\u00a0Dobele\u2019s\u00a0district water and sewage farm management, which began to provide water and wastewater services.\u00a0The company&#8217;s\u00a0registered office\u00a0was\u00a0in the\u00a0Tirgus\u00a0Square\u00a04,\u00a0Dobele,\u00a0where\u00a0corporate offices were established as well as\u00a0the\u00a0technical part.\u00a0In December 1996\u00a0the company was\u00a0renamed\u00a0to\u00a0Dobele\u2019s\u00a0Municipality\u00a0non-profit\u00a0organization\u00a0&#8220;Water supply\u00a0and\u00a0wastewaters&#8221;\u00a0and\u00a0by\u00a0virtue\u00a0of\u00a0company&#8217;s\u00a0business\u00a0expansion,\u00a0the technical\u00a0part\u00a0was transferred
