The Public Utilities Commission has authorized the company for sewerage services (wastewater collection, drainage and treatment), license No. U10031. According to  decision No. 133 of November 28, 2018 the Public Utilities Commission have been approved the following sewerage collection service tariffs  from 1 January 2019:

*In accordance with the Republic of Latvia’s Parliament’s adopted amendments to the Law “On Value Added Tax”, from July 1, 2012 value added tax of 21% will be applied to water supply and drainage services.

How to start use sewerage services

If you want to start use LTD “DOBELES ŪDENS” sewerage collection services, first of all you need to conclude a contract. A prospective customer must arrive to the client service part and submit the following documents – if you owned or rented property, where have already been built a connection to sewerage networks, than:

Private persons must bring:

• private house / apartment owners – property rights copy of certificate (land registry certificate or purchase agreement) and a identity document;
• property tenants – the rent agreement and property rights identification document and a identity document.

Legal persons must bring:

• the company’s commercial copy of the certificate;
• a identity document;
• a statement from the Commercial Register of the right of representation;
• if necessary – the power of attorney;
• property rights identity document or space rent copy of the contract;
• company requisites.

If in your owned or rented property is not built connection to sewerage networks, the first you must made construction works to connect the sewerage branches. A prospective customer must arrive in the technical part and the need to conclude a contract for the CONSTRUCTION of sewerage nets.
